Mike's being moved-FINALLY!

At 4pm today, Mike will be moved to NRH to continue to be monitored and begin his physical Therapy. He is very happy to finally be where they know how to properly care for him and he will see some of his old nurses! Our mom is going down now to be with him while they move him. You are are welcome to go and see him at his old "stompin' grounds" at NRH anytime after today! Not sure which room right now, but he won't be hard to find at the front desk!

Let's all hope he continues to improve, and will be home again in no time.

Love, Kim

Kim - This is wonderful news!! Mike must be so ready to be back at NRH as he both recovers from the surgery (and gets the right meds for his infection) and restarts his P.T. full steam ahead. While he would probably rather be at home - it is probably also good that he won't have to deal with that commute to and from NRH during the height of the winter. All of Mike's friends at NRH will welcome him back with open arms. We'll keep checking the blog and be talking to your Mom later today. Go Mike!! We Love You. Aunt Nancy

Like Nancy said, Go Mike! I hope all of the setbacks are behind him and he continues with the progress he was making before with PT. I will be easier being at NRH than commuting and the staff will be so happy to have Mike back, but I hope he gets home sooner. Our thoughts are with Mike and all of you ALL THE TIME! Praying that his healing continues to improve. Love you all,
Aunt Susan and Uncle Tommy
