Great link for information and encouragement

Amanda passed along a few great websites. One of them is http://www.determined2heal.org/C5.htm

Which allows you to focus in on the specific part of the spine injured and then gives the level of activity, range of motion, and mobility expected, and we all know Mike will move way past what is "expected"!

This website is great, but you couldn't have said it better ... I know Mike will excel way beyond anyone's diagnosis. Can't wait to have him back in action :)

Kim - This is a very helpful link (thanks Amanda) to use as a guide in the coming days. And I couldn't agree more with all of you - Mike will most definitely exceed all expectations through his strength, determination and support. He will also have all the tools and equipment he will need. We heard from your Mom earlier this morning and hope that the post-operative pain that Mike experienced last night is much relieved today. Enjoy the visit from Uncle Tom M., Aunt Lisa and the boys. Love to Mike and to all of you. One day at a time...

Love, Aunt Nancy
